This past week, July 31st /August 7th, surf was good in Santa teresa and nearby breaks. Nicely sized SW swell moved in through the week bringing overhead to overhead and a half waves to our breaks. Very fun waves rolled in at the beach break upfront Blue Surf Sanctuary Surf Camp Costa Rica and there was also some action at the reef breaks. Conditions were good, however there were stormy/messy moments, mostly in the afternoons.
Monday: Old SSW swell slowly started to fade. Waves were on the overhead to overhead and a half range. Lots of fun long rollers lined up over the point break upfront Blue Surf Sanctuary Surf Camp Costa Rica
Tuesday: Old/fading SSW swell and waves were on the head to overhead range. Conditions were most favorable in the morning and there was some fun surf at the beach break upfront Blue Surf Sanctuary Surf Camp Costa Rica
Wednesday: SW swell continues to ease, and wave size keeps dropping. Waves were head high with some very sporadic overhead sets. The beach break worked very well in the morning with clean conditions.
